About Me

At 48, I sold everything and moved to the UK with my husband and son — ready to begin again.
But on our first day, the funding for my new business fell through. Overnight, everything changed.

Under the stress, my body started reacting before I realised how anxious I was — my gut issue flared up, my energy dropped, and I felt constantly on edge.

That’s when I discovered something powerful: even in chaos, five minutes of focused reset can calm the body and clear the mind.

Today, I use that discovery — The 5-Minute Magnet™ Method — to help people break the stress loop between mind and body, restore clarity, and feel in control again.

Professional Background

My own experience with gut–mind challenges drove me to specialise in evidence-based methods that create real, lasting change. I integrate cognitive science, nervous system regulation, and practical tools from gut–brain research to help both teens and adults feel safe and in control again.

I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (Level 5, NCFE) and trained in Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy for IBS and functional gut disorders. My approach combines CBT, mindfulness-based strategies, and hypnotherapy with the latest understanding of the gut–brain axis.

My practice is structured, compassionate, and practical — helping clients reduce symptoms, build confidence, and regain quality of life in the moments that matter most: school days, work, sports, social life, and daily routines.
